Did you know cheese can be good for you? Our recipe for cheese is loaded with good fat and it contains ingredients known to reduce inflammation. Our homemade cheese has vitamin C, B6, and magnesium. You can put this cheese on broccoli, nachos, celery, or any item you prefer. If you are trying to reduce your fat consumption, like me, then this recipe is great. Soft Vegan Cheese
1/2 cup of water - for a thicker cheese use less water
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1 - 14.5 oz. can of Diced and & Fire Roasted tomatoes with green chilies including the juice
2/3 Cups of walnuts
1 1/4teaspoon of onion power (optional)
Salt to taste
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. The color will turn yellow.
Makes about 16 ounces of cheese
Use on broccoli, nachos, or celery.
