Are you in a food prison? A food prison is when you eat the same type of foods day after day. If so, break out of the food prison and awaken your taste buds with these dry spices and without high sodium. My Spice it Up Seasoning will awaken your taste buds and spice up your life in the bedroom too. I use this recipe on skinless, boneless Chicken Breast.
Spice it Up Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon of garlic power
1/2 teaspoon of marjoram
1/2 teaspoon of coriander (freshly ground)
1/4 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon of white pepper
Put all of the ingredients in a shaker container or a spice jar and shake the container to combine all ingredients. Store these ingredients in a cool dry place. When you are ready to bake chicken use the ingredients to season the chicken. You can use this seasoning on Stuffed Turkey Burger Enjoy!
Variation 1: Cut the ground ginger and white pepper to 1/8 teaspoon each if you don't like spicy food.
Variation 2: Add 1/4 of coconut sugar for a sweeter taste.
Variation 3: Add Ã‚Â¼ teaspoon of ground sesame seeds.
