Have you noticed the holiday season is the season to be stressed and we are not jolly? Let's give the gift of stress reducing foods to ourselves and family. Drink lots of water to keep our nerves well hydrated and our body feeling relaxed. In addition, eat a baked sweet potato to satisfy the sweet cravings, and the fiber in the sweet potato helps stabilize our emotions. Bake a chicken; chicken has amino acid, therefore, makes the brain feel relaxed. We can all eat a Super Salad daily with kale, and other dark green vegetables which help replenish our bodies in times of stress. Have a healthy and a wealthy holiday season.
