Raw Beet Smoothie

Raw Beet Smoothie (for Beet Lovers Only)

1 Apple, cored

1 Fresh Raw Beet

3 Carrots

1 cup Spring Water (or Coconut Water)

5 Chunks Frozen Pineapple

1 t ground ginger (optional)

Slice the apple, beet, pineapple and carrots in half. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth/liquefied. Enjoy

The benefits of consuming beets:they contain potassium, magnesium, fiber, phosphorus, iron; vitamins A, B & C; beta-carotene, beta-cyanine; folic acid and they cleanse the body.

4 Small Avocadoes, peeled, pitted and sliced into bit size pieces

½ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

½ Cup Coconut Sugar

1 Cup Spring Water (or Coconut Water)

5 Chunks Frozen Pineapple

1 t Ground Ginger (optional)

1/3 cup almond milk

1 t pure vanilla flavor, alcohol free

A dash of cinnamon
